All in-person events will follow local and CDC public health guidelines and regulations. The theme of the 2021 Spring Conference is Agility, Disruption, and Reinvention: ADR in a New World. We are facing many extreme challenges, including a deadly global pandemic requiring seismic shifts in our personal and professional lives. We have witnessed recorded and publicized incidents of police killing black people and heightened awareness and denial of racial bias and injustice. We also have witnessed non-violent and violent confrontations, all in a highly contentious political environment. The 2021 conference will examine how these and other recent events have disrupted the field of dispute resolution, how the field has adapted, and what additional reinvention may be necessary or beneficial
