Michael Lang is a professional mediator and co-author of a book titled The Making of a Mediator: Developing Artistry in Practice. He recently participated in a video conference with mediators Roberta Lee-Driscoll, Susan Terry, and yours truly that illustrates how our beliefs and values influence our decisions when we mediate.
