Areas of Practice: Mediation of civil, commercial, family, and interpersonal disputes in Hawai‘i and Washington including business, real estate, condominium, divorce, parenting, relocation, trust and estate, legal malpractice, and attorney’s fee disputes. Licensed Washington attorney with more than 30 years of transactional, litigation, bankruptcy, receivership, divorce, trial, and appellate experience.

Personal: After many years of representing clients in contentious litigation, I have found I much prefer helping clients resolve their disputes in a more peaceful, meaningful, constructive way. In my spare time, I swim, hike, climb, train for climbing, and write outdoor adventure stories.
